::I have to express my masdive disappointment because been told by a doctor in Würzburg University Hospital, that they can not prescribe me an antibiótic for my problem, and that i have to look on Google for another hospital that does it ... When i asked ..."but why ??" He told me " i dont know , ask our polititians" , then walked away. Very sad i have to Say . Paulo Correia

::If I could give a no star I would. The worst experience me and my family had in this hospital. My dad was put into the ICU-intensive care unit. U would think each patient is in good hands Once handed over to any hospital but I wouldn’t say in this case. We waited for hours and hours until someone finally came back to tell us even what was going on..it was a mess and a poor communication even for a German citizenship like me. Unclear what he even had after so many hours waiting in the waiting area. Once my dad was “stabilized” we were able to enter. 2 nurses were attending him laughing and joking about some ridiculous joke they were talking to each other. (Keep in mind my dad was on the machine with pipes unconscious) and we as a family stood there in shock! A doctor in charge came along fiddling with the oxygen machine since it kept making noises. He just casually went oh get another cable from the Keller or any fake Chinese one will do. Well it hadn’t to do with any cables in the end. IT WAS BECAUSE IT WASN'T EVEN CONNECTED TO ANYTHING!! Starting with this and throughout the night readers can guess how it ended up with my dad! To the lady nurse who was a visitor that day from the neighboring hospital we thank you for giving us the time you gave us explaining us that dad had good chances of survival and giving us hope that our dad will come home again.

::Had a very good experience here. Came here for a heart ASA with a very high professional prof hubert seggewiß and dr Angelika batzner. Both did a fantastic job. Also have to thank all the nice staff and in special nurse Agnes and Lisa from ICU, Melanie from M3. Food was very good for hospital and every day someone came to ask if I need anything different. The only negative is that sometimes can be a bit disorganized and patient not always sure of where to go or what to do but I blame it on lack of staff and the covid situation. For a public hospital it's very good

::My partner, has been in the the intensive care Unit for a week now. In situations such as these, one would expect that the patient's family would be updated or provided with information on his well being. It has been extremely difficult to get any information as to how the patient is doing and his progress towards recovery. The communication with the doctors is very very poor, who mention that they are too busy to talk and help us with an update even once a day. We are in not in Germany, and have no means of knowing about his well-being otherwise. This be extremely disappointing behavior on behalf of the hospital and the doctors.
