::My experience with this klinik was very good. I was a patient of Prof. Dr. Messmann and his team, the highly complex endoscopic procedure went smoothly and according to expectations and I was able to make a quick recovery. The staff was very friendly and receptive. I highly recommend Prof. Messmann and his team.

::Today I went to the emergency room with an infection that I have had for a few days. The patient registration lady didn't even want to listen to me, she didn't pay attention to me. Mockery. My right lung hurts, I have a huge infection in my throat, I am full of infection. And the people at the hospital didn't even show interest in my problem. Shame on you! I hope I will never see you again!

::I wish i could give -5 stars, unfortunately google reviews does not allow to go less then 1 start. I was in this "hospital" last night, having a lot of pain on my pelvic and guts area, the doctor who should take care of me was extremely rude and impolite to me and the nurse. I could not sit because of the pain, they took the bed and put me in a chair. No blood test was demanded, just an echography which the doctor who made on me was polite however said i did not anything besides a vessel full of liquids and guts full of air.... They sent me home without any pain killer or suggestion on what should I do. Today , I just came back from a long examination with my gynaecologist which has turned out I will need a surgery as the endometriosis is the cause of such pain and it is migrating to my guts. To the University Hospital Augsburg: you are just human beings, dont forget that, one day it might be you suffering and I hope you will have amazing health professionals to do what you failing badly to provide: to be emphatic and take care of people. Thats the why I ( and a lot of people) pay almost 40% of taxes in this country, to me and everyone else have decent treatment when needed.

::I had a terrible experience with the “Hausarzt” in the emergency section on a Sunday morning . The Asian Dr. On duty was very very rude to me, even though I had a severe pain in my throat and couldn’t swallow from the pain and was sleepless for 2 nights , he told me that he can’t prescribe me anything and that I am just wasting his time by explaining him what I’m feeling. Then he continued to say that he’s not a magician and that I am not a grandma and should tolerate the pain!!!! Today I managed to go to clinic vincentinum and the Dr.there told me that I have a severe throat infection and gave me a 1000mg antibiotics for 10 days !!!

::Completely disappointed. I was pregnant 3 weeks ago, November 14 I went to the clinic at 00:30. I went with more pain I was about to give birth, and the care from the maternity ward staff was zero. They only checked me once if I was ready to give birth and left me alone. While I was looking for an anesthesiologist for Epidural, no one helped me, how is it possible that in such a large clinic an anesthesiologist was not present to help me? 3 hours passed and no one came to check me until the moment came when I had to give birth and I felt that the baby is coming, the last moment the gynecologist came and immediately the baby was born. And after the birth was done, they performed the procedures, but they left me and the baby for 2 hours, only no one was notified, I did not have the strength to take care of the baby, this is absurd. This was my second birth and I am transparent that two years ago there was more care and supervision of the patient, I do not know what has changed there but I am telling you that I hope that no pregnant mother will have my luck to go to the clinic in midnight. I definitely have to make a complaint to the Bayern Minister of Health, because today it happened to me that I want no mother to experience this horror as I did.
