::What good is a state-of-the-art building and a good reputation without enough staff and training in customer friendliness. Waiting times of 5 hours with small children are unreasonable. You also don't get an assessment to be able to leave the room (get food, go for a walk, etc.). Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. 👎
