  Only the receptionist is rated. Rude on the first call. Almost bored... Then, out of ignorance, I dialed that number again. (I didn't remember which company in DD I made an appointment with and was looking) Someone was already laughing in the background when I repeated my question. Of course there was no help either. It hung up before I even finished speaking. I probably disturbed the coffee party. This lady is completely underground. A pity.

  Very nice but unhelpful and dismissive. Healing is not to be expected here. You get pushed from one to the other and appointments are canceled when you get one. If necessary, you have to call the patient's sister because you quickly forget about him.
