::The professor there is great and the staff is very friendly, except for a very young lady who I saw there for the first time. They are already excited about the examination and then I don't have to worry about anything like that!!!!! Maybe a job in a different environment would be more suitable for the lady;) just as my husband was staring at her, he then turned around and kept looking at him, smiling at him and really looking for his attention the whole time time !!!!!!!!!!! I'll be there again in October if that happens again I'll say something this time!!!!!!! Such behavior in the workplace is totally out of place, especially in a station like this. Maybe it would be better to hire a competent person who concentrates on her job. Additionally, one of the employees there was running over my daughter's head the whole time. I mean, my daughter is not a goat In the petting zoo that you can touch, it may be that it was intentional but still disturbing!!!

::We waited for 4 hours and never got called back. No patients came out the entire time. 1 person came in 30 minutes after us with a vomiting child. She was seen after about 3 hours of the child vomiting 5+ times. Absolutely a joke of a hospital.

::We can only report positive things. The doctors always took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything in an understandable way. Our son was operated on in Homburg and will receive long-term treatment here due to his congenital heart defects. Everyone in the intensive care unit, the pediatric cardiology ward and the outpatient clinic is always friendly and helpful. We feel very well looked after here.

::It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. I've never experienced anything like that. A pediatrician who has absolutely no ability to deal with children. Absolutely missed the job. Now we've just been sent away because the child won't keep still. To be honest, I wouldn't have kept quiet with the unsympathetic Obelix. They simply made zero effort and had absolutely no patience with a scared child. And best of all, I come out and hear two parents talking. They were also sent away because the child cried too much and are not supposed to come back for another year

::As I write this review, I'm sitting there in the "waiting hallway". That is not the problem. The problem here is simply that you can only find the pediatric cardiology department after walking through half a labyrinth because it is not properly signposted. When you arrive at the registration desk, you are greeted very unfriendly. Despite the fact that you have an appointment, you have to wait forever to register, which is simply a 0.0 system in the "program". That was the first and last time we were there, I prefer to drive several kilometers further.
