::If you dont speak deutsch, you are no longer human there. They cant call for any other phone number exept deutsch. How is this possible that people in reception know only their own language? In 2024?

::You should avoid this establishment if possible, I would never go there voluntarily. Unfortunately, you can't choose in an acute situation... Emergency room total disaster, lack of staff and not even the most basic things being done properly. Stroke not recognized, although all signs pointed to it. According to the relevant guidelines, the patient should be kept for at least one night for observation, but was instead sent home with a diagnosis of exsiccosis. At home he fell (he couldn't walk well due to the stroke) and went back to the emergency room with a head injury. Despite his previous history, he was left there for five hours in the morning until a doctor finally came to see him. The CT was then carried out again 2 hours later. Never go without someone who is sane and, preferably, medically trained. On the ward you are treated as if you were an ignorant child. If you have medical knowledge, you're lucky; without it, people tell you something else just so you can get rid of the patients quickly. A disgrace for the university medical center and the state of Bavaria as the provider that does not manage to hire enough staff.

::The dermatology department is easy to reach by phone and, as an emergency patient, I was given an appointment the next morning. The doctor and medical staff were very friendly and competent. The waiting time was half an hour. Only the patient admission process seems a bit antiquated. Digitalization has not yet reached the hospital. Maybe the Prime Minister should take a look at things.

::I was sent by my GP for skin rashes as he apparently didn't know what to do next. I got there after about an hour and the assistant doctor and the senior doctor were very competent. Now after a little over a week my rash looks significantly better. All I can say is that I felt like I was in good hands and the staff was extremely friendly, even though it was very busy.

::Shame on this hospital. I went for allergy to penicillin and they let me go back home without any medications adapted to my issue. Fortunately I found an other family Doctor that has been able to help me.
