::Our experience with the clinic is a nightmare. My father had an operation on his abdominal aorta in the heart clinic on October 2, 2023 and died two weeks later. My father survived the difficult operation well. Because the doctors were of the opinion that he was not eating enough because his kidneys were not yet functioning well, a gastric tube was placed in him on October 11, 2023, after he was already recovering well from the operation and was on the mend. The doctor or nurse who placed this feeding tube caused a hematoma on the base of his tongue. As a result, my father could no longer swallow and was completely confused the afternoon we visited him. He was no longer responsive, even though we talked to him every day after the operation. We told the staff about this, but they didn't take us seriously. The next day they tried to insert the stomach tube again. This caused a severe nosebleed and throat bleeding (on strong blood thinners that he had been given). Since it was not possible to insert the gastric tube again, he was given solid food again on October 12, 2023. He couldn't swallow them and had to be taken out of his mouth. The feeding tube also contained blood. So it was known that he couldn't swallow and that he had severe nosebleeds. After the blood loss was noticed on October 12, 2023, he was given a blood bank. The cause of the blood loss was not investigated. We told the doctor (head of the intensive care unit E1Prof.Dr.Georg Trummer) several times on October 12, 2023 that something was wrong with my father. He looked like death. After he had been in the intensive care unit for 10 days and had even walked across the hallway with the occupational therapist, he couldn't even talk to us anymore. He snored with his eyes open, that was for Dr. But the rubble is harmless and probably completely normal. Everything was ignored, my father was just tired. Cardiac arrest occurred 3 hours later. My father choked on his blood. The clinic itself had to indicate a “non-natural cause of death” in the death documents, and we filed a criminal complaint. We can't believe how something like this can happen in a clinic like this. The most difficult operations are carried out successfully and in the end it fails because of the care, the nursing staff and, above all, the doctors who are responsible for the care in an intensive care unit. There is no patient observation. You just look at the monitors and the blood values. I can only warn you about this clinic!!!!! There are no specialists in the clinic, which is very important when choosing the clinic. The clinic only has specialists in heart disease. There are no ENT doctors (which would have been important for the bleeding in the nose and throat), no neurologists (in Prof. Trummer's opinion, the swallowing disorder was neurological, but was not examined further), no gastroenterologists (specialists for inserting a stomach tube). Nothing of all. The autopsy report revealed that insertion of the feeding tube was the likely cause of death. Now we are waiting for the report commissioned by the public prosecutor. I can only advise you to NEVER go to this clinic. A doctor like Prof. Dr. Leaving Trummer in charge of an intensive care unit is grossly negligent. I also accuse the clinic of gross organizational negligence. NO ONE has yet contacted us about the incident or even apologized. I also know from my private environment that the case was kept quiet in the intensive care unit and that no reason was seen to process the case and thus improve care so that something like this can never happen again in the future. And I'm also very surprised that there are currently only 5 recessions for the clinic. How does it work? The clinic has negative recessions deleted!!!!!

::Over the course of 8 years, I underwent treatment several times, including various operations, ablation, change of deficiencies. The last time, I could not walk due to breathing and heart rhythm. They saved me many times. With gratitude to the staff. Can't compare with Berlin clinics.

::You have the impression of being in a private clinic, had an operation on December 19th, 2023, even though Christmas was just around the corner, no one was stressed or annoyed, I haven't experienced so much friendliness, "Good morning" greetings for a long time, there are for patients and A coffee/tea/soda station is available to visitors free of charge. Parking spaces are free. The rooms have a huge closet for a hospital. The processes fit very, very well, the medical team is excellent and you don't just get “processed”. Thank you 🙏
