  I was filling up at 11:15 today. I wanted to pay and in front of me was a customer who was served totally unfriendly. He bought chewing gum and wanted to pay with a 20 € note and the service staff, we are not an exchange office here ....... then he wanted to buy cigarettes and has another 10 € note on it, however, the service staff do you want me kidding .....! That doesn't work, even if you're in a bad mood, you don't deal with customers that way. I was very horrified and don't think that's possible.
