::It was terrible! They lie to people, we've been told that the decision has been made but they're saying they don't have our visa yet and we're flying tomorrow! Still no visa! Waste of money. Incredible rude as well. Very unprofessional people. We've been traveling 2 hours each day wasting over 200€ for phone calls and emails as well! Very bad. 12/04/18 Nearly a year later and they still cannot provide any help, just take lots of money for calls and emails that are useless and unhelpful, that’s over 20 pounds wasted on a pointless conversation. And again we fly tomorrow and a decision still has not been made even though an application has been received by them on the 3rd of April. Not happy at all.

::Very pleasant visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure to look application information (e.g. which documents you may need) before you go to the appointment and everything is easy from there. Highly recommend this VAC.

::Private contractor for just sorting out papers without any understanding of what's required for your visa process. They would look at the minimum requirement for the documents and let you go through very unpleasant experience of process. Four things that you need to be aware of when you are using this facility (or any other TLScontact services). 1. regardless if you have an appointment or not, you need to stand outside the door (no lines or any guide or explanation, you just have to stand around and ask people what's going on. plus, it's not a nice neighbor, and winter time, it gets worse) till someone comes out and you need to fight to get that person's attention. And if you are lucky, they will let you in. (I'm not 100% sure, but most likely even if you paid for the priority service e.g. WALK IN WITHOUT APPOINTMENT, this experience is for all of people who are visiting here.) 2. if you have a question, only thing you can do is look at FAQ page and if it does not help you, you don't have any choice to ask anyone. There's on telephone number, or email, or other forms of making a contact with the office to make an inquiry. Even the people at the office does not want to give you a straight forward answer, so why should they have a mode of communication. You can forget about asking any questions regarding application, unless it's in the category of you paying for their additional services (That's what FAQ page is for in this case). 3. Everything costs money. (I think I don't have to explain this.) 4. You are treated with least respect. I felt like I was in a some sort of facility where they are processing illegal immigrants. I've been to a lot of visa and immigration places, around the world and I've never seen this least flexible and uncivilized place. It's most likely not their own fault, but more of UK Visa department not wanting to take responsibilities. Regardless, if you have no choice to avoid this place, or any other TLScontact, or any other visa processing contractors, be prepared to pay in time, energy, money etc.
