  Unfortunately, I can not forgive less than a star - but here it would have been appropriate. We also noticed that the impression was initially very good. Mr. Horsika came over very timely and visited our construction project. He accepted everything and promised us an offer by mail. After 6 weeks, I then wrote a mail and nachtelefoniert. As it was only said that Mr Horsika is very busy at the moment but the mail is up to him. After another two weeks, I called again and Mr. Horsika personally promised me that offer to finish. Well a week later, my husband called there and he was again comforted by the boss personally ... I started one last try almost two weeks ago and wrote an e-mail. Until today, we are waiting in vain for an offer ... Personally, I find this way bottom drawer. If the company does not need customers, it should not accept any more orders. Conclusion: Who plans something in a timely manner should not work together with Horsika.

  First the order for an offer is "postponed" and then no complaints are processed. You have to phone forever afterwards to be dumped after all. We would not recommend the company to others.

  Disappointing dealing with customers. After initially making a good impression, we were held back again and again. Despite constant phone calls and assurances from the company, the company did not manage to make an offer.
