  Absolutely exceptionally good customer orientation! I live 500km away and bought a dog blanket in this shop, which unfortunately came loose after 1 week. I communicated this over the phone and a new blanket was sent to me free of charge. I was even allowed to choose a color alternative. That really impressed me. Only in the case of a complaint do you notice how good a company really is and this one is great! 👍 Very clear recommendation !!!
