::My recent stay at The Charles Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff's attentiveness and warmth made us feel like VIPs. Lilly welcomed us at reception and checked us into a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a breathtaking city view. We spent the afternoon in the beautiful spa area. Everything from the design to the lovely staff made us feel relaxed from the moment we entered. The following day, my three-year-old daughter joined us for a delicious breakfast. It was heartwarming to see how genuinely the staff interacted with my daughter. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to Julia and Jan. The offerings at the breakfast buffet were extensive, from fresh fruits and bowls to freshly baked pastries and made-to-order pancakes and Eggs Benedict, leaving no wish unsatisfied. This hotel has set the standard for luxury and family-friendliness, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

::We went to the hotel and enjoy spa there during Valentine's day. The employees of reception in downstairs are very nice and helpful, especially Ms. Wang. She is very friendly and professional, gave us many useful informations about the hotel services. We are very satisfied with the experience and will definitely recommend it to our friends later.

::A magnificent base for exploring the fine City of Munich. Excellent facilities including swimming pool and spa. Food and drink choices are first class. Staff are really nice and helpful, and our room is really comfortable.

::Absolutely wonderful hotel! The room was gorgeous and service was excellent. The spa services were fully booked for the duration of our stay so if you’re hoping to use it consider booking in advance. Their location would be perfect except for one issue - the Botanical garden is apparently a haven for drug users after dark, which can make you a little uneasy coming and going from the hotel and can sometimes get noisy at night too (we heard random yelling nightly).
