::We found the coordination of the move to be chaotic. From our point of view, the communication, the rectification of defects and the reliability of compliance with agreements were also poor. In the run-up to the move, Mr. Z. was our guest to plan the move and prepare an offer. The conversation took place in our fitted kitchen. A basis for the assembly and dismantling of the kitchen was a detailed construction plan including 3D views, dimensions, cut-outs and electrical connections that showed exactly where the kitchen should be installed in the new building. Our question to him as to whether Teichert Umzüge can set up professional kitchens was answered in the affirmative several times. Compared to other moving companies, we found the preparation of offers and appointments to be not professional. At the end of July, the company should move including a fitted kitchen. Unfortunately, the fitters couldn't finish the kitchen on the day of the move. The fitters named the incorrect installation instructions from the move coordinator Mr. Z as the reason. He had only written down 1/3 of the actual kitchen length for the fitters in the fitter's instructions and forgot other information. As proof, the fitters showed us the mentioned paper from Mr. Z. At the end of the day of the move, the fitters asked us to confirm the completion in a form and to state the defects. So we entered the defects and confirmed that the work was not carried out correctly and according to the order. At the same time we made a copy. The fitters did not put forward any further obstacles in the form or verbally that would have hindered them in setting up the kitchen. There is a separate section in the form. The next day we discovered that insulation on the fridge-freezer had been lost during the move and that the cold was escaping through the door. We immediately reported this as a defect. After the move, we wrote an email to the coordinator complaining about the deficiencies and the instructions for the fitters. We got no answer. We then phoned the head of the company, Mr Teichert, directly. He acknowledged the shortcomings and promised us a date when the kitchen should be completed at no cost. We even offered to build a kitchen block ourselves as we didn't want to wait. This is now. Unfortunately nothing happened for months. Again and again we phoned Mr. Teichert, who kept calming down and promising an appointment. The company did not respond to emails at all. After 4.5 months, we surprisingly received an email contradicting our demands for the first time. The mail contained obstacles to completion that were never mentioned before. We were accused, for example, of having an electrical connection hindering the installation of the extractor hood. In fact, the said electrical connection is almost half a meter away from the device and was specially placed there by the electrician for the assembly of the kitchen. The unit itself is a flat indoor unit. In the meantime we have installed it ourselves. The crazy thing is that we talked to Mr. Teichert about the extractor hood directly after the move and were able to dispel any concerns about building vacancies. Another allegation was that carpentry work had hampered the construction of the kitchen. In fact, the fitters did not interrupt the construction of the kitchen for the carpenter. The carpentry work concerned a small section in a non-load-bearing board, which was of no relevance for the further construction of the kitchen. He didn't even have to come. The carpenter, who lives 300m from us, arrived shortly after my call and was ready after 5 minutes. We found this email to be dubious. On the one hand, because our demands are contradicted only after such a long time with easily rebuttable allegations and on the other hand, because a lawyer was threatened with negative internet reviews. Conclusion: Stay away from this unprofessional and unreliable company.

::We only award one star for our move with the Teichert company because it was absolutely unprofessional and unprofessional. We cannot recommend this company.

::Absolutely unprofessional - disappointing! I asked for a move / transport with storage for an entire 3-room apartment with an approximate moving date at the end of Nov / beginning of December. A timely appointment to inspect the amount of the building council was agreed - so far, so good. This appointment was canceled 1 hour (!) In advance. Reason: You could suddenly no longer move during the requested period, you were fully booked until mid-December. And, the nice colleague quote: - "Unfortunately I can't make it to the appointment (in an hour) anyway". Simply bold and impossible! Addendum to the feedback from TEICHERT: When I asked, a compulsory move was expressly requested in early December at the latest. I am not assuming that capacities will change so much within a week that you will suddenly be fully booked by the end of January. When I asked in mid-November, this could have already been communicated that the requested appointment might not be able to be realized! The fact that the appointment for the viewing is only postponed for the same day was not mentioned in the cancellation.

::The best moving company we could have booked! Very friendly first contact with realistic volume assessment and detailed discussion of the preparations to be made including good (packaging) tips. Employees of the company also answered our further questions about the move quickly, friendly and professionally. On the day of the move, the moving helpers arrived punctually like the bricklayers in a sufficiently large truck - important for us, as it was supposed to go across the Federal Republic. The movers were a level-headed and well-rehearsed team who also handled our small children very well, even if they were sometimes in the way out of sheer curiosity :-) Six months later, the kids still know the names of the moving helpers. Which is probably also due to the farewell photo "session" (after work is done) - and the fact that at the very end you were allowed to sit in the driver's seat and briefly felt like a real truck driver.

::It doesn't get any better. The moving boxes required were precisely estimated (the rental box system is great), there was not a scratch and our 75 boxes and furniture were reliably transported by the well-rehearsed team. Nice that there are such reliable companies! Thank you!
