I have a good credit score, I was have 2 credit with them from Mediamarkt payed on time… it s the last time when I contact them. Lack of professionalism

::I shut down my accounts after over a decade of being with the bank. I had been with the bank since it was Citibank and initially they seemed to be fine. However, throughout the years I’ve experienced that their service has only the facade of being nice, beyond that - it is incompetent and useless. I very much regret having long term contracts with them because I have no more trust in them.
