  Conveniently located kiosk with lottery and DHL shop in the Brandt district of Hagen! Friendly and quick service. Extensive offer. Great shopping and parking options nearby! Good opening times. I always enjoy going there. Recommended!

  I actually always liked dropping off my business packages there. The owner is also very nice, but the owner is not, as others have already written, quite unfriendly. My standardized box (which I have already sent 50 times) is suddenly too big and I have to pay more. In addition, you are always treated condescendingly and called “young lady”. After the insolence has piled up, I would rather go back to Haspe. They're also unfriendly, but I don't have to drive that far! My card payment was also rejected because the amount was supposedly too small. Then I have to write that down or not offer card payment.

  I am 100% satisfied, great owners and very good staff. Always helpful and very competent, I enjoy being a customer there and always feel well advised, despite the difficult times, always a kind word.

  The employee is completely unable to scan DHL packages. Is not able to accept packages that have already been prepaid. DHL packages were accepted in Gevelsberg City without any problems. This has already happened several times, apparently the employees are not competent or simply poorly trained or not trained at all. It can't be that the same package will be accepted elsewhere without any problems In the future I will only go to Gevelsberg in the city center.
