  Absolutely bad service! Just because a product didn't fit, because the ring contained allergens, the sellers aren't even able to issue a voucher. Instead, customers are treated arrogantly and condescendingly without thinking flexibly and in a customer-oriented manner. NEVER AGAIN SWAROVSKI!

  Disastrous service !!!! Wanted to buy a bracelet, when I tried it, the older blond saleswoman said it was too tight in a condescending tone, although she didn't even know who the bracelet was for! Just cheeky! Why do you employ such incompetent and naughty people? Bought the bracelet somewhere else! Will never enter this shop again and warn others about it!

  During a purchase of a present for someone else, I explicitly asked if I could exchange the purchased item in my own (European) country. The ladies at the desk said that this was no problem at all. Unfortunately, it was just a sales trick. Bad service!!
