::Terrible!! The doctor greeted me totally annoyed and listless, then, without telling me what he was doing, he simply roughly and hurtfully put a huge amount of anesthetic eye drops into my eye, so that the (orange) liquid ran all over my face and he wasn't even there able to give me a cloth. It hurt the way he handled my eyes, which made me cry in pain, I had a bad infection... I've never experienced behavior like that before. He was rude and absolutely disrespectful! Something like that should be forbidden. A helper then told me the diagnosis in front of all the other patients?? Never again. A gentleman with dark brown, slightly longer hair, a small build and poor German. ;) And to the practice, I know that negative experiences will be deleted here, but don't worry, if necessary I will open several accounts and share my experience

::In the summer of 2022 I decided to live without glasses/contact lenses. After a detailed consultation with and by the refractive consultant, Ms. Rembeck, about the planned procedure and the chances of success as well as the intensive preliminary examinations, Mr. Dr. Niederdellmann finally made my dream come true. The operation was uncomplicated, the preparations in the clinic were excellent, and the anesthesiologist was very friendly and sensitive. Already on the same day and even better a day later I could actually read everything and see everything in the distance. My nearsightedness was considerable at over -7 diopters and my presbyopia was +3. After correcting a slight cataract in March 2023, the treatment has now been completed and I am very satisfied with the result. The operation isn't exactly cheap, but it's definitely worth it because my quality of life has improved by 100%. No more glasses/contact lenses when doing sports, snorkeling is now possible without any problems and with great visibility, reading a newspaper or shopping - just great. I can recommend the operation by Dr. to let Niederdellmann do it. Advice, treatment, aftercare - perfect. In addition, there is an extremely friendly staff in Friedberg. Thank you for everything! ::The doctor who examined me today was competent and polite. Answered all my questions. Gave me eye drops that immediately eased my suffering. The registration process was also very helpful. So I'm positively surprised and very satisfied! I was able to get an appointment at short notice due to pain, and I'm very grateful for that!

::Staff very nice. The preliminary examinations by the doctor's assistants took place without long waiting times. However, I cannot recommend the doctor. Very unfriendly and in my opinion not competent. I would not be informed at all despite repeated requests. My complaints were not addressed at all. The crowning moment, however, came at the end when he simply interrupted my inquiry as to how I should proceed with the words "and bye". Even the doctor's assistant looked shocked. I will therefore look for another doctor who will take me and my complaints seriously.
