::The best part was the room, which was very large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our booking didn't include breakfast, so we paid for that separately (15E). It was fine. The biggest downside is the location. It's a 25 minute walk to the train station, or you will drive or get a lift into town. If you don't want to drive downtown or to Oktoberfest, I suggest getting the MVV-app right away so you can also take the bus. If we go again, we will stay closer to a train station.

::Room was pretty good. Bathroom was a tub with movable glass shield, let water on the floor. AC was not adequate, so in June the room was too hot. Front desk guys were nice, but they definitely charged for everything, extra money to park, extra money for pet (€20 a night). Breakfast also €20 which feels like highway robbery to me. Felt a bit greedy maybe. Area is industrial.

::Currently it’s 9:15pm… I’m writing this review sitting in the lobby waiting since 8:35 after I told the front desk that the shower drain was clogged and water would back up instantly and almost overflow. Nothing has been done. I haven’t even been acknowledged.Let’s not mention the dirty shower tiles and smell in the room. But sure let’s charge you for parking. I only waited 15min earlier to get my ticket verified. Meanwhile I’m still waiting for an answer while looking at the receptionist. What a joke. Find a more professional hotel because this place is a circus. It’s a shame because the rooms have really good potential. (As I hear that they are “overbooked” at the moment) still waiting…… Edit: only took one hour to have the exact same problem in the new room

::It was a really nice hotel, was satisfied with everything. Booked for 3 nights for 172 € and was absolutely worth the price. The check in was super easy and flexible, very nice employees. The room was perfect and always very clean, appreciate that! We had a big table and another armchair. The bathroom was also very nice, big with a bathtub and nicely folded towels. Wifi also worked nicely. It's a bit further away from the city center but easily accessible by bus.
