::Great location, but unfortunately not more. Had high expectations of the house based on the reviews. Disappointing! Without a doubt a very nice location with proximity to the beach. I had specially booked a room with a sea view and close to the beach: premium double room (!). It was an outdated room in the old building. Partly sea view, partly with large window front over the parking lot. Sloping ceiling in the bathroom, worn furniture, etc. Statement from the hotel employee (who wasn't very friendly at checkout and simply smiled and ignored the feedback): "Well, you also booked with booking.com. Next time (which of course won't happen) book with us directly. And the fact that it became a room in the old building is probably your fault." So much for good guest service... Breakfast was good. However, nothing special for a house in this price range, but rather okay. Service in the restaurant at breakfast was very nice and accommodating. All in all: unfortunately disappointing. We won't be staying here again, although the location is what we're looking for to spend a nice weekend here several times a year.

::A nice, cozy, well-kept and clean hotel. All questions were answered competently. The staff very helpful and very friendly. Good value for money. I am very satisfied and totally enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect for me and I would love to come back. A big compliment and thank you to the entire staff.

::The Fontana beach hotel surprised me positively. It already looked high-quality online, but the impression was more than confirmed on site. The hotel is clean, wonderfully furnished and invites you to feel good. We got a free upgrade and had a private terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea, which was wonderful. The rooms are equipped with everything you could need - towels, soap (I also mean shower gel), hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, umbrella, shoehorn, etc. There was a fresh bottle of table water in the room every day. The service is very good and the employees are always super friendly. Breakfast is served in the beautiful ambience of the restaurant. You have a small buffet, but you can place additional orders, which are then also included - drinks (juices, teas, etc.), egg preparations, waffles, yoghurt and much more. You can get out of the hotel through an inner courtyard or through the restaurant directly to the beach or to the street and the parking lots. On departure there was a 'companion', a small bottle of water, which I thought was a thoughtful gift. Can absolutely recommend it!

::Very nice hotel. Far enough away from the main street for the peace and quiet but close enough for an easy stroll along the promenade for those all important shopping requirements.
