  I thought the hotel was lovely, however, housekeeping really fell short. They left used glasses in the room, and new stock was never added when used from the minibar. Also, given the star rating and price, I expected a turndown service (which they don’t have) and cleaning to be better. I still really enjoyed my stay but found the small things missing. Bar is nice too, but I didn’t get the sense that it was upscale enough to warrant the drink prices compared to everywhere else in town. I was also awoken by a noise at 4am every morning, I think it was connected to the heat but it was consistent each morning at around the same time and stops after about 10 minutes. The staff were top notch for the most part, thanks for a nice stay!

  Super nice hotel with warm and friendly staff. Enjoy my stay especially its great location in the middle of the city. Felt the high quality at the service. It was a pleasant stay all in all. :)

  This is my favourite hotel in Leipzig. It is quiet, in a good location, offers large rooms and the customer service is superb. I also recommend booking a massage and visiting the spa.

  Excellent, large, quiet hotel in the center of Leipzig. It is just a few minutes walk to the things we want to see and to many good restaurants and shops. The service is efficient and friendly. Our room is large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has many options of bread, eggs, meat, fruit and more.
