  I called the Sparkasse and should be forwarded to the person who is responsible for me, but unfortunately that didn't work because he / she was still in a conversation. That's why my phone number was immediately stored and I was told that I would be called back immediately after the conversation ... now the Sparkasse has closed, I can no longer reach anyone and no one has called me!   Bad as hell! We had an appointment, the advisor was listless, incompetent and responsible for nothing. If she were on my team, she would be unemployed tomorrow! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't experienced it myself! Preferably 0 stars. You get the impression that they don't want private customers because they don't make enough profit. I only say: pride comes before the fall!
