::I had to go to the emergency room because of acute pain. There I was quickly admitted and the specialists recognized my condition and acted immediately to relieve the pain. A day later I had surgery. The entire team: admission, nursing and doctors were ALL professional and friendly. I felt like I was the center of attention as a patient. Everything was explained clearly, as were the following steps. My heartfelt thanks to the team at the emergency room and ward 5B!

::The nurses in radiology were all very friendly, the nurse with the two braids who prepared me was also extremely friendly and polite and the MRI was very pleasant. The doctor's interview was very short, I had the feeling he wanted to say goodbye quickly. I would also have liked a suitable specialist to assess my symptoms.

::Unfortunately we had to go to the emergency room last night. My husband is a cancer patient about to have an operation and had a circulatory collapse at a party. Cold sweat and low pulse. Since none of us are doctors, we called the emergency services. The ECG and blood test did not show any worrying results. We therefore decided to leave the hospital at our own risk. When we got home, we wanted to read the doctor's report and were horrified to realize that we had heard another patient's report. It would be unimaginable if we had needed treatment.

::My father was brought here with a stroke and was looked after very lovingly. He specifically praised the good food and the nice nurses. Even when I came to visit, I was greeted warmly, wrapped in protective clothing and offered tea to pass the wait. My father felt very comfortable. Many many thanks!!!
