  Jan Schröder has not been a managing director since January and has led his employees to believe that everything is fine for months. During this time he embezzled entire monthly salaries and only paid them when a court date was set. He probably escaped bankruptcy by embezzling wages. At the expense of his now former employees. Don't even get me started on the working conditions. If he hadn't crashed the store, the health department would have closed it sooner or later.   The working conditions are very bad. There is no proper instruction. In addition, there are not enough staff to complete the tasks. After two months I still haven't received my salary.

  Completely overpriced compared to other bakeries, but the quality and service are really subpar. A burnt almond croissant for just under 3 euros... there are plenty of alternatives in the area, so avoid the store if possible

  Very friendly service. Rolls are great. Cake was a little too sweet for me.

  Very friendly baker and a nice café without a lot of "frills" in the city center. Unfortunately, there was some lint on the dishes and cups, which was not so pleasant when drinking coffee.
