  Actually, this savings bank did not deserve a star. One is already too many! Completely incompetent when it comes to transferring their money back to customers' accounts. It is relative whether it is about the fact that the customer forgot to take the money from the machine. There are cameras in the branch and these personalities are unable to return someone else's money / property directly! For such a club you count 8 euros a month ~ for which service please ???? There are quite competent Sparkasse branches (experienced it yourself!) But this is not one of them !!

  As a customer, I would have liked more support and advice. The employee seemed annoyed and unfriendly. I will not go to this branch any more.
