::From the first person you see at the entrance to the last one before you leave everyone is so professional and friendly. I can really not find anything to complain about. Nobody likes hospitals but I had really great experience.

::I very very much regret my operation here. They not only made the results uneven, I was also yelled at in my room “why do you even join the morning gymnastics for people with operations, your operation was minor”. Yes it was minor but you did such a bad job that after 2-3 years I really am mentally fighting with all the complexes it put on me. Go to Holweide if you can and have something with your breast. Unlike the rumors, holweide is quite alright from my experience.

::I gave birth at this hospital 13 days ago. I'm very satisfied with everything. The staff is very polite, they were always helpful the premises were clean, the food was good. Most of the staff speaks English as my German is very weak.

::Ob/Gyn: I was yesterday there for a non life-threatening operation and I have the best impressions so far. The doctors were calm, smiling, very polite, professionals, helped me to be soothed and informed me about every step of the way with accuracy, making me feel sure I was in good hands. Also all the other medical personel I personally came in contact with, even for the smallest thing, were friendly, down to earth and practically everything I needed to be ready for my operation. The time spent in the hospital was relatively long but it is completely understandable, since I was not in a life threatening situation and these type of procedures are, because of their nature, without an appointment. During that time I was registered, examined, had blood taken, talked to the anesthesiologist, prepared in the room, got the operation, recovered, was checked again, talked to the anesthesiologist again and finally the doctor with the last information needed. Other patients that were there the day before, I believe got the op arrangement sooner, just because most of their preparation work was already done, so keep that in mind in case you are not in a hurry. Lastly the hospital was very very clean and with comfortable spaces, that made the whole procedure staying there pleasant.

::I was in the Cologne area on business Tuesday 22nd and had a health scare . I was terrified and called a Taxi , the driver said he would take me to the best hospital in Germany ! I went to the emergency at St Elizabeth and was treated by a very competent urologist . She was excellent and did some tests and also wrote a report for my doctor in Canada . When in another country being ill and afraid is everyone's nightmare . She made me feel at ease . I cannot thank the Dr and the wonderful hospital enough . Thanks Dave Bohn Canada
