::Thank you for the good medical treatment! I was in the intensive care unit and I am grateful for the work being done there. Everyone was very friendly and I was able to get help pretty quickly. The personal conversations were also able to reduce my fears and I felt like I was in good hands.

::Unbelievably bad! Having to wait 6 hours for inpatient admission! Of course you expect a waiting time. No question! BUT 6 hours?! And then almost an hour in the treatment room! You should probably keep in mind that these are sick people who can hardly stand it on the plastic chairs. I hope I never have to come here again!

::Absolute impudence. The hospital is so bad. I was helpless in the emergency room today. The foreign doctor, who did not speak German, gave me inadequate advice and called every 2 minutes during the treatment. The last time I had something so unprofessional was at the university hospital in Cologne. From the time I registered to the information I received, I felt inadequately advised and cared for. It was so obvious that no one could help me and yet they still wanted to admit me as an inpatient. The hospital wants to make money, nothing more. Very unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend the hospital. I'm really afraid of the future. Who cares about terminally ill people?

::Very bad hospital the doctors are religion We wait there over 4 hour and we went in side the room it was our term but 2 lauds came the doctor said u goo outside and we did we wait another 45min still inside with them talking and laughing l hope somebody from the government or manager go check the f.... hospital the doctor doesn't take care about you l will take it to court hopefully they do something about him.
