::The two stars go to the friendly staff. We left there at 7 p.m. on a Friday with a strong, dry cough. We were warmly welcomed and the initial examination was carried out very carefully. Then it was time to wait. There were children and babies sitting there who had been there since 4 p.m. and didn't get their turn until 8:30 p.m. At 11 p.m. we were told that the waiting time would be delayed by 4-5 hours due to 3 emergencies and transfers. Thanks for nothing. We then left and were treated more quickly at the Mannheim University Hospital. It cannot be that only 1 doctor is assigned to the emergency room!! Whoever planned it should work through a week and see how stressful and demanding a job like this can be.

::We had to be admitted for a skull MRI. Waited 3 1/2 in the outpatient clinic in a “CELL WITHOUT WINDOW”! After asking several times, we were finally able to get into the room without any explanation! The guest bed collapsed during the night and I was allowed to sleep on the floor!! In the morning we were supposed to get an MRI, which of course didn't work because access was no longer open! My 4 year old AUTIST son was held and tortured by 4 sisters!!! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT INTO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN!! I have already contacted the medical association and will do everything to stop the torture of CHILDREN!! Conclusion: NOTHING was done! NO CHILD BELONGS HERE!!

::I was there in the emergency room with my son after a fall and a laceration on his chin. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of straight away. The nurses and pediatrician treated my son really well so he wasn't afraid (he's 2 1/2 years old). Everything was very professional and the wound was well cared for. All in all we were very satisfied.

::We were in the emergency room because of a fever of 40.5 and a strong cough. We were quickly taken in, examined and given a fever-reducing medication. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to go home because he didn't sound good when we listened to him. We were on the ward at 12:30 a.m., but we only got there in the evening and a pcr takes a while, so you have to bring a little time with you. We were then given a great introduction upstairs and got everything we needed, regardless of whether Water, medicine,... We were looked after very much, whether day or night, all the nurses and doctors were super nice to the little ones. The food was also great, I don't know of any better hospital food. And our child has found a new friend 😊 we can't say anything negative about this hospital.
