  The older lady who served me at the counter had probably never heard of friendliness. Apart from today, I've never had a bad experience there, but if you have to be rude when asked, then I don't know what to do. I still remained friendly the whole time. Whether it was a personal problem or whether the colleague generally had a bad day, I have no idea, but next time I'd like to be a little more professional. Thanks.

  Friendly advisors who know what they are doing. Modernly equipped, great waiting area. They have come up with something new here.

  Sparkasse still exists. Employees are friendly, but only work for Gräfenhainichen customers and not for Sparkasse Wittenberg.
