::At this bank you are only king if you have money in your account. Instead of saying goodbye properly, I simply pick up the phone and talk to my colleague. OK, I thought to myself, I wish you a nice day too. Will switch to an online bank. The big banks won't get a cent from me in the future. I was very friendly.

::Headquarters of the Sparkasse in Wilhelmshaven. The shallow fountains in front of the entrance are fascinating. My wife and children are savings bank customers. Then I have to go to headquarters more often. The machines are well attended and often staffed. You have to wait a little until you get there.

::Attention, rip-off by artificially incurring fees!!! This happened by reusing a direct debit that had already been booked in the middle of the month when the balance on my credit account was around zero. Specifically for the purpose of making it appear to the customer as if the direct debit had been accidentally resubmitted in order to justify incurring fees for the bank because it could not be honored. . . but also consciously shouldn't. The fact that this was (in the eyes of the customer) an OVERSEEING became clear from the fact that the reversal was (stupidly!) documented as a "credit" on the account statement on the same day. However, the fees were NOT credited back, BECAUSE even a fictitious process (thanks to the wide range of possible misuse of digital technology!) ultimately involves “work”. . . even if not in the interest of customer service.

::Deposit machine hasn't worked for coins for months. Of course, this is especially fun when you walk there several times with lots of change in your backpack. There is no notice about this either on the website or in the branch. Only when you insert the card into the deposit machine. Lots of account management fees, but little service.
