  ATM doesn't work, had to get money from Volksbank and pay fees. That will not do!

  The ATM there has been out of service for about six months. However, the bank itself is open, so I'm just wondering why? If you absolutely need cash, you now have to go to the Volksbank opposite and pay fees.
