  I have chosen a local bank, pay high account management fees and have to to reach someone by phone listened to the stupid music and ads in the queue for minutes. I also dial the Lüdinghauser number, but my conversation arrives at an operator and I have to explain to whom I want to speak and why. Then I prefer an online bank WITHOUT fees and if I have any problems I have someone on the phone immediately.

  We switched from VR-Bank to this Sparkasse a few years ago and are still enthusiastic about the friendly and very competent employees. Many matters can be resolved here with a short visit or phone call. At VR-Bank we often had problems being pushed back and forth - at this Sparkasse, however, you notice that problems are simply solved and not postponed for days. So if you are looking for a simple, uncomplicated and also modern bank (see Mobile Banking App, and significantly better ATMs), you are in very good hands here. Please keep it up :-)

  The ATM is unfortunately blocked for ING Diba customers.

  Very good detailed advice. Here you can also change change as there is a coin counting machine. There is free parking in front of the Sparkasse 😙
