::I had a simple question. I stood in line, when it was my turn the good gentleman gave me a flyer with a hotline number and said that many things could be clarified over the phone these days and that I should call them. I can only shake my head... what kind of service is this...

::Absolutely substandard opening times, and I haven't been able to get my online banking to work properly for almost half a year now

::I had a phone call on Monday and sent an email on Wednesday (and made two callback requests in Krs. Borken...). Today, Friday, still no answer. Still questions. In times of online banking, you don't necessarily need a local bank. (Although I WISH, not all wishes (can) come true!

::We were satisfied customers there for many years. But now the service (as the savings bank calls it) is underground. After the branch in Ottmarsbocholt and the ATM in Bösensell are closed, interested customers should go to the “advice center” in Senden. Haha - that I'm not laughing! Monday afternoon: closed! Wednesday afternoon: closed! Direct telephone contact after sending: there is no such thing! So call the call center in Borken. After waiting for minutes and listening to music on hold that was so loud that you damaged your hearing, you finally said: "I can't tell you anything. Can a colleague call you back?" "But yes, gladly. Thank you" Wait... one day... two days... NOTHING. No call back! So do the whole thing again after a few days. With the same result. What, dear savings bank bosses, does this have to do with service? How happy I am that I have Volksbank at my side for my financial transactions. (Yes - on my side that means: they have a local branch. Open from Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons. With real people as contacts who take care) That's how banking works these days!

::No more service at all! Most branches are closing and the small towns are completely left in the lurch. You shouldn't think twice about changing banks and with a credit card you can withdraw money from almost any ATM for free (at least 50 euros). I changed a year ago and don't regret it, on the contrary.
