After the closure of the branch in Ottmarsbocholt and the ATM in Bösensell, the inclined customers should go to the "advice center" in Senden. Haha - that I don't laugh! Monday afternoon: closed! Wednesday afternoon: closed! Direct telephone contact after sending: there is no such thing! So call the call center in Borken. After a long wait and music on hold that is so loud that your hearing is damaged, then finally: "I can't tell you anything. Can a colleague call you back?" "But yes, please. Thank you" Wait ... one day ... two days ... NOTHING. No call back! So all over again after a few days. With the same result. What, please, dear Sparkasse bosses, does all of this have to do with service? I am glad that I have Volksbank by my side for my financial transactions. (Yes - by my side means: they have a branch on site. Open Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons. With the right people as contact persons who take care of them) This is how banking works these days!

::No more service at all! Most branches close and the small towns are completely left in the lurch. You shouldn't think twice about changing banks, and with a credit card you can withdraw money free of charge (at least 50 euros) from almost any machine. I switched a year ago and I don't regret it, on the contrary.
