::Oh my god ! This branch is so helpful ,especially if your German isn't good yet. I was so sceptical to go to a sparkasse branch with my queries because I was afraid no one will entertain me with English. They spoke to me in English. The slightly elderly lady at the reception desk as well as, I presume a senior colleague of hers, a younger lady , who came out to the front desk to help me as well . Pity I can't quote their names.Explained everything to me in the most helpful possible way!! Most polite and friendly gesture . I am writing this review to inform those many foreigners who are afraid to go to Sparkasse to open an account just because they don't speak German. Go to this branch in Regensburg!
