::Unfortunately, the Sparkasse can only be reached by telephone; on-site advice is not desired. Very complicated for the customer, a lot of things then have to be submitted in writing. The contract design is always very much to the detriment of the customer; the savings bank is obviously only interested in your profit. A pity!

::Anti-social, parasites!!! I was charged 10 euros for a return transfer order. How ass is that?! For what actually?! Call for once or what?! My salary is always released late, it's nice to earn with other people's money, isn't it?! No, just an anti-social parasite bank!!!!

::Beware of hidden costs! Monthly account usage fees have been deducted several times, even though I have a free checking account as a student. I know many of them that are already the case. It seems to be common practice to simply switch your free checking account without notification and collect money.
