  Outrageous. I am an ING customer and can usually withdraw money with my VISA card at all ATMs with the VISA logo. Not here... I then turned to an employee. When she saw that I had an ING card, she became very unfriendly and said to me: ''We don't have an agreement with ING, we only work with reputable banks Together, we don't want to have anything to do with ING. Please leave our branch!'' A machine with a VISA logo has to pay out to a customer with a VISA card (regardless of which bank).... Absolute disgrace.

  I find the 4.70 euro fee for cash withdrawals from ATMs by non-bank customers to be outrageously high. Many tourists and the complete lack of banks other than Volksbank and Sparkasse in large parts of the region do not leave many alternatives for tourists who have an account with other banks. It's better to go left past the church to the Volksbank, it's very hidden, but there are no fees.
