::Most of the employees are so unmotivated that you need an appointment for every little thing even though the branch is empty. Small loans with a monthly payment of €50 are rejected, but at the same time you are asked whether you would like to have insurance with a monthly payment of €70. That says it all. In the future I will change banks because service and competence are a foreign word in this house.
