  An older employee is very rude. When submitting transfers, she claims that she has no entry stamp, but strangely, other employees there have one. Once I was pamped by her what I was going to push myself through, even though she had seen exactly that it was my turn next and all other customers in the room had confirmed this. Another time she just disappeared into a back room even though the branch was full of customers and never came back.
