  We went to the Sparkassenstelle Nagold for credit advice and to take out a real estate loan. Despite the sometimes tight time window, e.g. due to the land registry, etc., the timely allocation of the loan worked fine and we also received good conditions.

  Complete incompetence of the employees. The employees do not behave in a customer-friendly manner and with an appearance of absolute dissatisfaction in their job. Request for professional advice was met with ridicule and an alleged "instruction" in "finance". I would absolutely advise against opening an account or a general cooperation with this branch to every customer NOW and in the FUTURE! Unprofessional at the highest level.

  Not recommendable! The worst thing I've seen in a bank contact so far. Never again!

  In this bank, customer satisfaction is not very important. The female cast in particular is a bunch of incompetent and unfriendly employees. I think with the competition a little further you are valued better.
