::Paying a 16-year-old money from his own savings account, admitting it to be his own mistake, for whatever reason, and then threatening the young person with a lawsuit? That is not how it works!

::My mother was at the Bad Essen branch because she had questions about some documents, but was treated unfriendly and disrespectfully by an employee. Without really taking a look at the documents, the employee behaved very unfriendly towards my mother and left.

::Unfortunately it's not what it used to be for a long time... I've been a customer of the Sparkasse in Bad Essen for almost 40 years. Otherwise everything always went quite well - probably because I didn't need much help. This year in September we were robbed abroad and the account was attacked. Not a huge sum, but still remarkable. The Bad Essen branch is still refusing to pay compensation to this day. Of course, even the promised contact from the branch manager never materialized. What kind of service is this after almost 40 years of being a customer???? Here you have to seriously consider whether it has been the longest 40 years and whether a change to a more customer-friendly bank is very necessary...very poor service, people!!!!! I really expected more in terms of goodwill and customer friendliness

::I wanted to buy 5 euro coins, but it wasn't possible because I'm at LANDESSPARKASSE in Oldenburg. I couldn't pay with cash or card and the branch manager was also unfriendly. Conclusion: go to another bank straight away.

::For a few months I tried to re-regulate the business relationship that had existed for decades for family members because of the age of those affected, to set up powers of attorney, etc. In my experience at another savings bank, things like this work quickly and smoothly. This requires competent and motivated employees. Here I experienced deficits among the employees in Bad Essen. I have never experienced so many errors, delays and incompetence before. But after a change in responsibility, things are finally working. That's why I can now recommend KSK Osnabrück, you learn from mistakes and have conversations. As elsewhere, the bank has to withdraw from the area, which makes it difficult and expensive for older people.
