  No service orientation whatsoever As a non-customer, I was refused the issuance of foreign currency, despite having been told from Osnabrück that it was possible for a fee. So I went to the Sparkasse and waited a long time. Where is the problem for the cash register to offer a service for a fee? Very incomprehensible.

  All branches close and fees are increased! I have to drive to get money because all the ATMs are gone in the area. I think you should change. I am customer (48jah.alt) as long as I can think and will change for sure. Furthermore, I do online banking and I'm never in the store, so no work. But still, my fees are increased by over 300 percent. Thanks SPK
