  I wanted to exchange Croatian kuna for euros. The employee didn't know whether it was possible, she also didn't know that the euro had been introduced in Croatia since June 1, 2023. After a phone call it was said that the money could no longer be exchanged back. When I asked what I should do now, I received a shrug of the shoulders. I would have liked a little more expertise. At home, I researched on the Internet myself what I would have liked as a service from the savings bank.
