::1 star is still too much !!!!! None would be appropriate !!!! This is the third time that transfers (which I put in the transfer mailbox at Sparkasse Schöneiche !!) disappear or are booked later. You start to wonder why you are paying these overpriced fees if even the simplest things don't work? Or do you just want to have online banking customers? Bad service!!!!

::They are so rude and incompetent here ... unbelievable !!! If they had another job, they would have been terminated long ago! Basically, I like being a savings bank customer, even if you have a concern despite OnlineBanking, in no case in this one-stop shop. As you really wonder what the account maintenance fees are there for that you are treated like this?
