::Since the office here was closed and there is only one machine for withdrawing money and one for bank statements, things have started to look pretty rancid here. Sticky floor, cigarette butts and coffee cups everywhere. In addition, there are regular technical problems that prevent money from being withdrawn. But in return, continue to increase the account management fees!!! Less than 2 weeks later - no money again!!!

::4 weeks ago I wanted to withdraw money from an ATM. The machine restarted due to a software error and thus confiscated my card. The service staff said you couldn't get the card out because a third-party company was responsible for the machines. The card will then be sent to me...Even after 4 weeks I still haven't received a card.

::The service at the office is fine, but making deposits at the ATM is a complete disaster, especially on weekends. The probability that the machine will allow a deposit is 30%. Been there at least 10 times in 2021 to make a deposit, it definitely didn't work 7 or 8 times, for technical reasons it is displayed.... Sparkasse Lorenzkirche works as well as always and also at Aufseßplatz, everything is good so far, but here at the branch, catastrophic. If it's urgent, you've come to the wrong address.
