Particularly noteworthy is Ms. Schmidbauer's always extremely friendly manner. Despite pending, mostly impatient customers, she takes care of them and always finds a solution with patience and enthusiasm. Please keep it up and a good tip for stressed customers: Just as you shout into the forest, it echoes back. Perhaps it would also be advisable for higher-level employees to stand behind the counter for a day to experience something of the reality . What can an employee at the counter do if a customer puts small parts in the coin compartment despite the detailed labeling with the coins and thus causes the ATM to break. What world do we live in, where all that is asked and no thank you or request is given? I had already experienced countless situations in which Ms. Schmidbauer always showed herself to be confident, humane and friendly. Oh yes, and at the same time patiently explained everything to an intern. CHAPEAU.

::Unfortunately, unfriendly and incompetent behavior is now common at the Sparkasse. You need appointments now for small things. Sometimes you get the impression that the employees are only there for decoration; if a machine is broken, none of the employees can help. Yes, you are quickly replaced as a human being by a machine at the Sparkasse.
