::Evaluation for the sale of our property: The entire process of selling the property was extremely frustrating for us and left a bitter aftertaste. Right from the start we felt under pressure from one of the Sparkasse's two brokers when it came to price negotiations. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made the entire sales process a stressful experience. After the transaction was finally completed, we discovered that it took another three months for payment to be made. This unnecessary delay caused significant inconvenience and did not reflect a professional and efficient service. The error was moved from one place to the other.. no one had done anything wrong... What was particularly disappointing was the seller's lack of attention to detail. He couldn't even remember the layout of five rooms, which led to repeated misunderstandings and extra effort. This not only shows negligence, but also raises questions about the professionalism of the sales process. This review is intended to serve as honest feedback to help future customers prepare for a better and more professional experience. We hope that improvements will be made to avoid such inconveniences. I ask you to forego the standard apology letter as all of your attempts to apologize were also very sobering.

::Rude and no help was given to me,1. I would need a financial confirmation, it said you can print it out via the online backing, although I'm not very familiar with it. 2. I had to transfer money from my account to my savings account and they said you could do it at the ATM, but that didn't work either because the amount was so high. I don't know what the lady (older with white hair) is sitting at the counter doing. I had to go to the other branch and they helped me very friendly!

::Unfortunately the employee doesn't help the others. My brother lost your card and he can't speak German because he's new in Germany.
