::Even one star is too many. Pure rip off! Money counted 3 times beforehand. Only 50s notes. Incorrect counting and booking of the machine *40€, no option to cancel. 160€ wasted. Complained directly at the counter. The employees' first reaction was "The machine can do that." Then you are treated like a supplicant and a liar as a lifelong customer. The case will be examined and we will report back after 10 working days. Nothing after 10 working days. Processing status asked, answer: "It's still taking time, please be patient. I'll get in touch with you personally as soon as the result is available." Received a nice letter today stating that there was no incorrect deposit and the request would not be honored. Termination of all accounts and savings books of all family members follows!!!

::The way the employees work here means some people want to have a vacation. No service. I closed all my accounts and moved to the Sparkasse in Düsseldorf. I can also recommend this to everyone.

::Parking possible in front of the building. 2 ATMs in the entrance, which are also closed, for example in the evening from 11 p.m. All important things can be done in the hall. But there are also the usual counter opening times. You don't need an appointment for this.

::In the event of an emergency in connection with a credit card it has issued, Sparkasse Neuss cannot be reached on any emergency numbers provided. There isn't even one star for this. We will get a new credit card from another bank.

::You want to scare away your customers. Clearly, the location cannot account for the general rip-off of the Sparkasse, which is simply expensive compared to other banks. No matter whether exchange rates, account management fees, etc. But the relocation of the money services to Kaarst, a location where you can't even park anymore... the last advantage of being able to withdraw money around the clock is also gone, as the foyer is now closed early at night. Very unfortunate
