  Sparkasse Parsberg: Telephone contact if you need something poor, staff unmotivated, sometimes rude, and constantly new clerks. Account fees are too high compared to other banks, actually not worth a star but you have to give it... I changed banks.

  Unfortunately you have to give at least one star. They didn't deserve anything. I was in Neumarkt in the Sparkasse Mussinanstrasse and just wanted to have 50€ exchanged for 5€ notes. Unfortunately I came away empty-handed; the friendly lady behind the counter made it clear to me that she could only do the exchange for Sparkasse Parsberg customers. However, since I am a savings bank customer at the Nuremberg branch, she was unable to exchange the money. I don't know what the difference is when only converting money into money. So much for Sparkasse customer service. Pathetic and anything but customer service. You pay a lot of money for that. Apparently the savings bank still has too many customers. Soon I won't be there anymore.

  Eigtl overall satisfied, but one point annoys me extremely: which normal working person can make an appointment during these business hours, let alone go to the savings bank branch in question and solve their problems...?
