::Sparkasse Münsterland Ost has very good business customer support. Calls are answered quickly, the online banking is clear and modern and I have a direct contact person who I can turn to at any time. I would particularly like to emphasize the good cooperation with Mr. Bernemann. Mr. Bernemann has been supporting us competently for several months and helps us with all banking matters. I moved here with my company from another bank ten months ago and am significantly happier than with my previous bank.

::If you want something over the phone you are hopelessly lost! Callback takes 30 hours and then the number is also called with a suppressed number. No personal extension to be found in the emails. The first few minutes are spent in waiting loops and being connected. Unfortunately no modern telephone system

::To my horror, as a business customer, I have never been given such poor advice or treatment over the telephone. For me, Ms. Lorenz is incompetence and unfriendliness personified! I was neither able to explain my concerns to her nor did she take my matter into account. No excuses, no callbacks, no response to email inquiries. Try to get another advisor, otherwise I'll unfortunately have to look for another bank. Miserable service! Not worth the star

::Not recommendable. When it comes to prices, you have to convince with performance. That is not the case here! This is a very effective way to get rid of even good, long-standing customers. You can get no or poor and unfriendly service and appropriate advice or simply none elsewhere, at least cheaper or free of charge. The savings bank no longer has to be surprised!
