  The employees simply don't care about their customers. Very bad service. Alternative, Sparkasse Nord, a thousand times better!

  Customer service very bad. It took us half an hour to make a deposit. Only one older customer advisor at the counter. It took 10 minutes to make an appointment. This is actually done in a maximum of two minutes. This institute is not recommended.

  I haven't been a Sparkasse customer for many years, and I think there were enough reasons to switch to another bank at the time. However, I still have regular appointments at the Sparkasse, for which I actually always go to this branch. The location is central and parking spaces can always be found within walking distance. The staff is actually always very friendly and in a good mood, but I can't understand the many negative reviews here.

  Is it the branch management or the fact that almost only women work here (catfight)? The employees are always very annoyed when you come to the counter and have a request. I also recently witnessed two employees poisoning each other behind the counter. This is not something you do in front of customers and is extremely unprofessional! The working atmosphere doesn't seem to be the best. It's a shame, that's why I really don't like going to this branch anymore.... :(

  Today I was at the service counter to close an account. I spoke to customer service by phone in advance so I was prepared. Now I was there and wasn't even greeted or asked what my request was. The lady seemed very tense and extremely annoyed. I told her my wish, so she immediately rejected it and, mind you, dismissed my statements for no reason. I felt visibly uncomfortable and asked counter questions, which she answered condescendingly and taciturnly. Finally, I should do it myself at the machine. Unfortunately, I only managed to do some of the work necessary to get close to my goal. I then had to queue at the service counter again and was incredibly happy to be able to speak to another person. However, I was happy too soon... the colleague rushed into the conversation from behind and exposed me. “I explained it to them, so why are they doing it wrong?” However, the middle-aged lady with the bangs and long ponytail hadn't explained anything to me at all. She put not only me but also her colleague in an unpleasant situation and aggressively raised her voice against me. I find it dramatic to employ someone like that at the savings bank. Customer-oriented advice looks different.
